We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly where pricing errors occur or where stock is unavailable. Orders are confirmed by email once payment is processed. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT at the current rate where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice — the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. We accept major credit and debit cards, and Shopify's standard payment options. DISPATCH AND DELIVERY We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance. UK standard delivery is typically 2-5 business days. Delivery costs and options are shown at checkout. Free UK standard delivery applies to orders over a minimum spend threshold (as shown at checkout). We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, carrier issues, or events outside our reasonable control. RISK AND TITLE Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes once payment is received in full. RETURNS AND REFUNDS We offer a 14-day returns policy for unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@goldtreeorganics.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned product. This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights. For faulty or misdescribed products, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Our CBD products for pets are formulated specifically for animals. Do not use human CBD products on pets unless specifically directed. Where products require a novel food application, we maintain documentation on file and can provide this upon request. CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS We publish batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs) on our website for all CBD products. If you cannot find the COA for your batch, contact us at info@goldtreeorganics.com. AGE RESTRICTION You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase CBD products from our website.
